Young people

Are you looking for information or advice? Find out more here about stammering, cluttering, managing anxiety, managing teasing or bullying, top tips for helping yourself with your stammer and how to get referred to the MPC.

Are you struggling with the impact that coronavirus is having on your life at the moment? Have a look at the resources at YoungMinds (a UK charity supporting young people with mental health).

Lots of people will find that they stammer more at the moment, maybe because of uncertainty, changes in routine, crises in the family or worry. Try not to be tough on yourself and try to talk to someone about how things are.
